Everyday is an adventure with James! He is enjoying solid foods and so far has tried pumpkin, bananas, avocado, oatmeal cereal, and carrots. His new favorite trick is rolling over from his front to his back! This past week we have been sleep coaching James to help him sleep longer for naps and to go down easier both at nap time and bedtime. So far we've seen a lot of progress and for the last two days he's taken one long nap in the afternoon!
