We had an exhausting week in Denver but really enjoyed the time with family! We got to see some friends at the FOCUS event and we'll always remember this is where James learned to pull himself up to a standing position and where he mastered his crawl!

Snapshots: A Day in the Life of James (41)

This week we ventured to Denver to attend "Go Forth," an event put on by FOCUS for retiring staff. We stayed with my sister and her family and really enjoyed family time! James loved his cousins and his cousins loved him!

James is 9 months! Can't believe how fast this little guy is growing! He is moving around a lot more these days and we finally need to baby proof the home! One of our favorite things to do is to go on a family walk and sometimes we do that multiple times a day! We love you little James!

Army Crawl

James has been working on crawling and today he did an army crawl! I caught it on video (you have to go to the website on a computer to view the video because for some reason it doesn't show up on the phone or iPad.) He was reaching for cheerios, one of his favorite foods!

I am so excited for James to start crawling. I know people think I'm crazy and everyone says I'm gonna regret wishing he could crawl, but I am looking forward to James being more mobile and able to do more things by himself. I think he'll be happier when he can move freely and explore. I know our world is about to change, yet again. It's always an adventure with Mr. James!
